Each block is 1–12 weeks of fully written daily sessions — runs, station work, and recovery — with paces, sets, reps, and rest periods built around your schedule, fitness level, and equipment. You choose the training phase (Base, Build, Peak, Taper, or Transition) and the block is built specifically for it.
When you're ready for your next block, Blocksmith references your previous training — the phase you just completed, your logged sessions, and your feedback — to build a plan that's a logical next step. It's not a template you repeat. It builds on what you've actually done.
